Let’s be Grateful for Our Imperfection

World Mental Health Day, celebrated every year on October 10, is aimed at raising awareness and spreading education about mental health issues across the globe. I know it’s been late but yeah, why don't we seek more about it. Like, what kind of prevention that we can do to develop our mental health? 


Hi all! I hope y’all doing well there. I'm here to tell you about how to cope with mental illness based on the stages of mental illness recovery. 


  1. Accept your condition

  2. Don’t be shamed for all of yours. Don’t be hesitate to tell your parents or someone that expertised to help you

  3. This world is too wide to expect that no one’s care for you

  4. Keep your positive mindset and don’t lie to yourself. You can be sad if you are. You can be mad if you are. Make yourself feel comfortable enough


Taboo label for this topic is just a stigma that we must break it as fast as we can. We can face it together and by a little step forward, even if it’s not much, it’s still a progress. I believe you can handle all of those problems. Remember that I love you. Thank you. Hope you have a nice day.
