World Mental Health Day, celebrated every year on October 10, is aimed at raising awareness and spreading education about mental health issues across the globe. I know it’s been late but yeah, why don't we seek more about it. Like, what kind of prevention that we can do to develop our mental health?  Hi all! I hope y’all doing well there.   Hi! How’s life? I hope you’re doing well. Anyway, have you ever heard about mental health? Or maybe one of your friends told you about it? Well, I’m here to tell you the same things too tho. But if you wanna know more, and of course with the trusted reference, you will find it here. So, let’s check this out. We can see this situation, right? Yups, COVID-19 has changed the situation and makes us stay at home. The isolation that we have could probably make our wellbeing decrease because we cannot live as normal as usual. Anyway, wellbeing is the state of being comfortable, healthy, or happy. And mental health is an important part even if this part may not be seen by other people (we can feel it and sometimes we can also hide it from others).
